Refund policy
At macadamia pure we want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when you can return a product and sets out your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product has a minor problem that can be fixed, you are entitled to have it remedied within a reasonable time, and if this is not done, to a refund. A major problem is one where the product is unsafe, is significantly different from its description, or would not have been bought by a reasonable person who was aware of the problem.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of receiving it at info@macadamiapure.com.au. Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without first arranging them with us cannot be accepted.
Change of mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, because our products are personal care and skincare goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once a product has been purchased. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty. Please choose carefully, and contact us before you buy if you have any questions about which product is right for you. We are always happy to help.
How refunds are processed
Once we have received and assessed a returned item, we will let you know whether your refund or replacement has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
