Shipping policy
We are an Australian owned and made brand, and we ship right across Australia.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $12.95
- Express shipping: $19.95
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
Delivery times
We ship with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 2 to 7 business days
- Express: 1 to 3 business days
These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Orders to regional and remote areas may take longer. Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is in their care and any delays at that stage are outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your order's progress.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@macadamiapure.com.au and we will help track it down or make it right.
International orders
We currently focus on shipping within Australia. If you are outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@macadamiapure.com.au and we will let you know whether we can ship to your location and what the cost would be.
