Shipping policy
At Mac Pure we want your order to arrive safely and on time. This page explains shipping for Australian orders.
Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders
- Express shipping: $19.95 (optional)
Delivery times
We ship with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched:
- Standard: usually 2 to 7 business days
- Express: usually 1 to 3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with Australia Post. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email info@macadamiapure.com.au and we will help track it down or make it right.
International orders
We ship within Australia. For orders outside Australia, email info@macadamiapure.com.au for availability and a quote. International shipping is not free and is not guaranteed.
